Our Vaginal pH value Test comes with special vaginal ph test strips. You simply insert a sampling stick into the vagina to collect a sample. When the sampling stick comes into contact with the pH paper on the test panel, a colour change occurs. Different pH levels result in different degrees and shades of colour, with each specific pH level associated with a particular degree or shade on the colour scale that comes with the test.

The majority of disease-causing bacteria cannot survive in the naturally acidic environment of the vagina. Normally, the vaginal pH ranges from 3.8 to 4.5.
